Our team of staff are highly qualified in Playwork (as is required by our CIW registration).  All staff have up-to-date Safeguarding qualifications and complete regular update training.

All staff hold Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene (including food allergy training) & Health & Safety in the Workplace certificates.

Various staff hold other relevant qualifications and continue to develop their skills by regularly attending in-person and online course.

Staff are an integral part of our service and their opinions are most valuable. Regular staff meetings are held to develop and maintain the focus of the team and to share knowledge, experience and ideas.
