ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

DISCOUNTS

An annual Registration fee of £20 per child is payable on joining and then each September.

Fees for those chosing not to pay the registration fee or for one-off bookings, are higher (see below).

Breakfast Club: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 09.50am

After School Club: Monday to Thursday school finish - 6pm

Holiday Club: Monday to Friday (or as advertised): 08.00am - 6pm

A sibling discount of 5% is applied to two or more children of the same family attending at the same time. Sibling discounts are not applicable for hours paid for by the Childcare Offer Wales (30 hour free childcare offer).

Prices for non-registered children are not subject to any sibling discounts.

WHERE REGISTRATION FEES ARE PAID, FEES PER CHILD PER SESSION ARE:

Breakfast Club (07.30am start): £9.00 (includes breakfast)

Breakfast Club (08.30am start): £5.00 (NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED)

After School Club (3pm - 6pm): £16.00 (includes snack, transport & tea)

Holiday Club (08.00am - 6pm): £45.00 (includes breakfast, snack & tea. A packed lunch is required).

Where no registration fees are paid:

Breakfast Club: £10.00

After School Club: £17.50

PAYMENTS

Invoices will be automatically emailed to you from our KCHQ system, mid- month for the following month's bookings. Payment is due before the start of the month. A late payment fee of £20 per occasion will be added to the following invoice if your payment has not been received before 1st of the month.
