Aims and Objectives 

We will:

• Promote children's learning, wellbeing and development through play and child-centred experiences.  

• Treat every child with dignity and respect, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.  

• Work in partnership with parents, carers and other professionals to meet each child's individual needs.  

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in our care.  

• Employ suitably qualified, trained and vetted staff, supporting their ongoing professional development.  

• Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene.  

• Regularly review and improve the quality of our service through self-evaluation and feedback.  

• Comply with the requirements of the Regulated Child Care (Wales) Act 2016, the Regulated Child Care (Wales) Regulations 2016, the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Child Care, the Children Act 1989, the Childcare Act 2006, and all other relevant Welsh legislation and guidance.
